Takuma started his career in a banking business with Syoko Cyukin Bank. He covered approximately 100 SMEs, most of which are suffering from low profitability. He was involved with 30+r restructuring and cash flow improvement projects.
Then he joined an independent consulting firm where he undertook a lot of consulting work on business plan formulation, business regeneration, management control for leading Japanese companies. During 5 years with the firm, he was stationed full-time at the listed companies’ sites most of the time.

His global project experience includes change of business model of US operation and change of strategy on Asia market for a leading equipment company.
He was also invited as a lecturer at university and as a guest speaker at the Chamber of Commerce and leading companies.

In 2012, he set up Ciza Consulting Company and became the president. And in 2015, he jointly set up Serendir Inc.
