Yoshihiro started his career with Onward Kashiyama, a leading Japanese apparel company. He moved to a metal hardware company in Miki City, Hyogo, where he took a role of senior director.He set up his own company Big Tree Co., Ltd to become the president.

He has constantly made 2-4 overseas business trip annually. For clients, he not only makes advaice but actually contacts potential customers by utilizing his own network. Since 2015, he has been a senior advisor staff to Serendir Inc for projects on marketing in Asia. He also has been active as a marketing advisor at SME Support Japan, Incorporated Administrative Agency in Japan.
